Upgrade elevators in existing buildings to meet or exceed current Title 24, Part 6 requirements for lighting power density, ventilation fan power performance and shutoff controls

  • Reduce energy consumption when not in use
  • Controls are common retrofit measures
  • Typically not a large energy end-use, and not high priority
